The Zurich Instruments VHFLI Lock-in Amplifier is a high-performance digital measurement instrument designed for demanding signal analysis and precision measurement applications. It operates across a wide frequency range, from DC up to 50 MHz, with an optional extension to 200 MHz using the VHF-F200M option.
Building on Zurich Instruments’ established lock-in amplifier technology, the VHFLI combines excellent analog performance with advanced digital signal processing. It supports sophisticated measurement techniques including integrated feedback control, multi-frequency measurements, arbitrary waveform generation, and sideband analysis.
