Description

The QLF 133x, QLF 131x, QLD 133x and QLD131x quantum dot laser series are 1300 nm semiconductor lasers grown on GaAs substrates based on quantum dot technology. We have already shipped 3.6 million units to customers for datacom uses. We also offer products for communication at temperatures above 100℃. Quantum dot lasers are operable even at extremely high temperatures (150-200℃) and can be adopted for harsh-environment applications, including usage in plants and underground resource exploration. Their excellent stability at high temperatures and excellent optical feedback tolerance make them ideal light sources for silicon photonics.
